Introducing the Chancellor Search Finalists
The Board of Trustees has announced that four finalists are being considered for the chancellor position in the Foothill-De Anza Community College District.
Finalists were invited to visit the district the week of May 1 for additional interviews and to participate in open public forums that provide the opportunity for employees, students and community members to meet the candidates and hear their views on leading the district.
Open Forums
Open forums were held May 1 (Lee Lambert), May 2 (Farouk Dey), May 3 (Rowena Tomaneng), and May 4 (Richard Storti) at 1:00 p.m. in the Board Room located in District Office Building D700 (printable map). Remote participation was also available.
The Board of Trustees encourages participation in this important process and values input in selecting the district's next leader. Video recordings of the forums were made available to allow those unable to attend the opportunity to provide feedback to the governing board. The deadline to provide feedback was Sunday, May 7, at midnight.
